Ski holidays in Arnoldstein / Dreilandereck. In the area around the Villacher Skiberge in Carinthia, Arnoldstein isw one of the small ski holiday villages. Arnoldstein is connected to the Villacher Ski area with a sea of red and blue slopes and more than 100 km cross-country trails. The nearby Dreiländereck shares facilities with Arnoldstein, including a 8.4 km long Toboggan runway.
The ski slopes of the Villacher area are not interconnected. The areas around Gerlitzen, around Dreiländereck(near Arnoldstein) and the area around Faak am See are separate skiareas. But a 'super-pas' is available with which you can ski in all three areas.
The apres-ski is limited in Arnoldstein, the cabins on the slopes are very nice, but it really does not blow you away.
The ski school "Ski and snowboard Dreilandereck"in the nearby 3-country border point has about 25 ski instructors in total and serves people mainly from Arnoldstein and the surrounding smaller villages.
